Blast Philosophy

Blast SC is Pacific Beach/Clairemont’s premier competitive soccer program, and is administered by the non-profit Pacific Youth Soccer League (PYSL).

We are a non-profit organization with volunteer, non-paid coaches.  All coaches that work with players must have an “E” competitive soccer license.  Our philosophy is to provide a competitive soccer environment for the committed soccer player.  Our success is not measured by wins or loses but by the development of each player’s skill, confidence and team work in a challenging environment.  We strive to make each player better through fundamental drills, conditioning and understanding the rules of the game so they can excel at an advanced level.

Blast Fees are $600 beginning February 8th – March 1.  Fees increase to $625 on March 2.  Each team may be asked to provide additional tournament fees if outside of the regular Fall Schedule.

We currently have 25 competitive teams.

Registration Refund Policy:

The refund amounts below will be adjusted to debit additional fees for any registration fees still owed through our payment plan, uniform fees, tournament fees or other money owed to the team account.

If none of the additional fees apply the refund amount will be as below.

February 15 to May 31: Refund $400.00
June 1 to June 30: Refund $200.00
July 1 to July 31: Refund $ 75.00
August 1 or later: No refund
